Macquarie-led consortium acquires Green Investment Bank

Green Investment Bank sale completion

On 18 August 2017 the sale of Green Investment Bank was completed and the business transferred into private ownership, wholly owned by Macquarie Group. The UK Government and Macquarie Group issued statements to announce the completion of the transaction.
